Catalina, the personalized digital media company, announced today the transition of its Chief Executive Officer Jamie Egasti to the role of Vice Chairman, effectiveMay 16, 2016. Greg Delaney, a current Director at Catalina and former Chief Operating Officer of Acosta Sales& Marketing, will serve as interim Chief Executive Officer.

Egasti will continue to advise the company on strategic priorities and customer matters while Delaney will assume day-to-day management of Catalina.

Delaney brings extensive financial, operational and strategic experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail industry. Prior to joining Catalina, Delaney spent nearly 15 years at Acosta, holding several leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Director and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer. At Acosta, Delaney led the company's expansion into new channels and services, playing an integral role in Acosta's growth. Earlier in his career, Delaney held a variety of senior management positions at Price Waterhouse, Barnett Banks, Beringer Wine Estates and Encore Development. Currently, he serves as Director of the Vi-Jon Corporation, a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners. Delaney graduated from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant.
