St. John has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and consulting and is a member of MSL’s skilled nursing facility practice group.

St. John has been with MSL for more than seven years and has extensive experience providing services to clients in the healthcare and senior housing industries. She manages and reviews clients’ Medicare and Medicaid appeals and cost reports, as well as providing clients with strategic reimbursement consulting, forecasting, spending reviews and Medicaid provider reimbursement rate projections to assist with budget planning.
St. John is an active member of the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA), the Tennessee Health Care Association (THCA), and the Texas Health Care Association (TXHCA). She is a member of the FHCA Reimbursement Committee, SMMC Long Term Care Billing Workgroup, and the Data/Reimbursement Committee for TXHCA.
