JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - More than 80 Northeast Florida marketers and professionals recently attended the Brand Marketing with Firehouse Subs event held by the Jacksonville chapter of the American Marketing Association (JAMA). JAMA's first event of the year featured Kristen Majdanics, Director of Brand Marketing for Firehouse Subs.
"The event was full of learning, engaging and networking," said JAMA president Amie Bolton. "We truly appreciate Kristen Majdanics for sharing her expertise, as well as our generous sponsors who helped make the event possible."
Since joining Firehouse Subs in 2007, Majdanics has helped to revive the brand's guarantee, "Our Way Beats Their Way" and to integrate emotion into campaign strategy. During her presentation, she described the resulting new and refreshed look of the Firehouse Subs brand. She walked the audience through the company's process of creating and implementing programs that improved sales and spread awareness of the brand's guarantee. As a result, Firehouse Subs has realized increased growth and brand loyalty.
