MIAMI BEACH, Fla., -- Oral health and teeth whitening provider White Smile Global, has completed a definitive agreement to acquire global rights of an organic oral health product line which includes a children's organic product with a line of tooth brushes that is designed for "non-abrasive" daily usage. Financial details were not disclosed.
Total natural products industry sales (in naturals stores; food, drug and mass merchandisers; Internet; mail order; practitioners and multilevel marketing) grew nearly 7 percent, to $81 billion, in 2010. Total sales of natural products by all retailers, including natural and mass merchandisers, grew 7.3 percent, to more than $65 billion. The Company has acquired the full rights of this product line from renown Bio-Chemist and Cosmetic, White Smile Global Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Martin Giniger D.M.D., Ph.D, MsD, FICD.
The Acquisition was completed after intensive studies into the effectiveness of the organic properties as opposed to traditional ingredients in mainstream products available today. "The past success, both of scientific breakthrough and retail success of the inventions of this great man is the reason why we are very confident that these products are the most advanced formulations available today," states CEO Mr. Omar Ahmadzai.
Manufacturing of these new products began on January 5th, 2012.
