ROCKLEDGE, Fla. -- LRM Industries International Inc. completed a $2.25 million offering.
In July of 2010, citybizlist reported the company's equity raise of $4.4 million. LRM also raised $4.5 million in July of 2009.
Named in the related SEC filing are Chairman E. Gary Cook, Ph.D., CEO Richard Cochrane, executive officer Christine Nowak, and directors Donald DeVivo, Mary Estabil, Robert Winters and Dale Polk Jr.
Cook served as Chief Executive Officer? and President of Witco Corp., a Global Specialty Chemicals Company until its merger with Crompton and Knowles. Before that he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Albemarle Corporation, a Global Specialty Chemicals Company, and as Senior Vice President of Chemicals at Ethyl Corp. Prior to Ethyl, Dr. Cook was at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. for 23 years, holding a number of senior management positions. He has been the Chairman of Louisiana-Pacific Corp. since November 1, 2004.
The Rockledge-based company, which was founded in 1996, produces fiber-reinforced structural thermoplastic parts for use in wood, metal, and concrete components in the United States and internationally.
