Flagler Appoints David Hillegas As Asset Management Coordinator

CORAL GABLES, FL - Flagler has hired David Hillegas as Asset Management Coordinator. In this capacity, Hillegas will conduct market data research, create business plans for Flagler's assets, complete lease and sales databases, oversee building valuations and conduct deal analysis. Hillegas will be based out of Flagler's Jacksonville office and report to Executive Vice President Keith Tickell, who oversees Flagler's portfolio of 12 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space statewide.

"David is a welcome addition to our Flagler team and will bring valuable skill sets to his role within our asset management team," said Tickell.

Prior to joining Flagler, Hillegas worked with Grubb and Ellis | Phoenix Realty Group in Jacksonville. He is a former U.S. Military paratrooper and tactical airborne communicator where he served in the 82nd Airborne Division. Hillegas has a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from Florida State University.
