Ten Experienced Bankers Join Floridian Community Bank

DAVIE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Floridian Community Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of ten new employees to join the bank's expanding, talented team. The new personnel are:
Chris England - Senior Vice President, Credit Administration Commercial Lending - Mr. England brings over 15 years of lending experience to Floridian Community Bank. His responsibilities will include all commercial loan operations, commercial loan underwriting and analysis and general oversight of all commercial credit activities. Mr. England is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Beau Marburger - Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer - Mr. Marburger brings 10 years of experience as a commercial credit officer and credit analyst. His responsibilities include new commercial loan origination, commercial credit analysis and overall support of commercial banking activities in Palm Beach County. Mr. Marburger is a graduate of Grove City College and holds a masters degree from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Bernadette Mazza - Vice President, Loan Operations Manager - Ms. Mazza began as a paralegal in Ft. Lauderdale and brings with her a wealth of knowledge. She will manage the operations and administration of the Loan Department of the Corporate Headquarters of Floridian Community Bank in Davie, Florida.
Louise Nelson - Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager - Ms. Nelson, formerly an AVP of residential lending for national and global companies, such as HSBC and Chase, compliments Floridian Community Bank with over 15 years of residential lending experience. Ms. Nelson will be in charge of the residential mortgage division for Floridian Community Bank.
Cheryl Schneider - Assistant Vice President, Assistant Branch Manager, Juno - Ms. Schneider brings over 15 years of banking expertise to the branch retail operations of the Juno Beach Branch. Ms. Schneider was formerly with Bank of America.
Brian Peck - Assistant Vice President, Assistant Branch Manager, Davie - Mr. Peck graduated from Penn Sate University with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. He has over 12 years experience in the financial industry, loan administration, financial planning and construction lending. Mr. Peck has been promoted as Assistant Branch Manager to assist in the retail operations of the Corporate Headquarters in Davie.
Lynda Yarbrough - Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager - Ms. Yarbrough has over 15 years of expertise in the lending industry. She was previously employed by Southern Security Bank as Loan Administrator. Ms. Yarbrough will be responsible for the loan administration and has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager.
Susan Lamb - Mortgage Loan Officer - Ms. Lamb has 25 years in lending with her expertise in high net worth clientele and specializing in new construction lending. Ms. Lamb, formerly a Senior Loan Officer with Chase, is a graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Jeff Meiselman - Mortgage Loan Officer - Mr. Meiselman has been in the mortgage industry for over 12 years as a mortgage broker/owner. His expertise is analyzing home owners and business owners' financial needs. Mr. Meiselman is a graduate of Syracuse University and resides in Palm Beach County.
E. Andrew Nice - Mortgage Loan Officer - Mr. Nice graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University, WV. Mr. Nice has over 12 years experience in financial sales, with an emphasis in mortgage lending, formerly a Senior Mortgage Officer with Regions Bank.
